What is Tattvabodha?
This ancient scripture is a traditional Sanskrit text. It is an excellent, succinct primer for the study of Advaita. It discusses key philosophical and metaphysical concepts from Sanatana Dharma, including:
• Requisite mental preparation for spiritual inquiry
• Analysis of the body-mind complex and its discernment from the True Self
• Analysis of the universe and its unfoldment from God
• The inherent oneness of the True Self and God
• The attainment of liberation through knowledge in this life itself
About the Instructor
Brahmachari Sachinmayamrita Chaitanya
At Amma’s encouragement, Br. Sachinmayamrita has been studying the scriptures since the beginning of his days in the Ashram, and this has been an important part of his spiritual life ever since.
Through down-to-earth language, he brings the scriptures to life, connecting the ancient texts of India with Amma's teachings and our own daily life.
Suggested Course Schedule
We recommend to take one class per week. Then, before each Q&A, take 1 week off to catch up on your studies before viewing the Q&A. After the Q&A, continue onwards to the next section.
