Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri
Amma's Most Senior Disciple
Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri is the foremost sanyasi disciple of Amma. Swamiji is also the vice-chairman of the Mata Amritanandamayi Math and president of Amrita University and AYUDH International.
He has reveled in Amma’s divine presence for more than 40 years and published many inspiring books and articles. His talks and devotional practices are filled with knowledge and a love from living with Amma.
Swami Dayamritananda Puri

Swami Dayamritananda Puri, one of Amma’s senior monastic disciples, met Amma more than 37 years ago. He is the Executive Director of MA Centers, traveling extensively to different cities in North & South America giving satsang and inspiring Amma’s satsang groups to better serve their communities and keep alive the flame of selfless service.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Physics and a masters degree in Film Technology.
Swami Shantamritananda Puri

US born and raised, Swami Shantamritananda Puri met Amma in 1990 and became a brahmachari (monk) in her Indian Monastery in 1993, engaging in Amma’s social, educational and spiritual activities around the world.
Initially based in Tokyo as Director of M.A. Center Japan, he was primarily active in East Asia, the Pacific Rim and Africa until 2012. Now he is based in MA Center Chicago, conducting regular programs there, inspiring seekers with his heartfelt talks.
Br. Ramanandamrita Chaitanya
M.A. Center Eastern North America
Br. Ramanandamrta Chaitanya met Amma at the age of three. He is a monastic disciple who grew up at Amma's ashram from a very young age. He directs MA Center Eastern North America and travels to conduct programs, sharing Amma's message of selfless service and love.
He has written and composed many devotional songs (bhajans) and can often be heard singing alongside Amma. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
