    “Happiness is our true nature,” says Amma. It is what we all strive for, yet many people struggle even to feel content. As for the happiness that we do experience, it is often fleeting. So where are we going wrong? Is there a better way to find happiness than what we currently know? The fact is that most people experience suffering in some way, but what role does suffering play in our lives? How can we manage our minds in order to be happy all the time? About the Instructor

Bri Sandramrita met Amma in France in 1988, and then decided to come to Amritapuri in 1990, where she has been serving ever since. Her primary seva in the ashram has been translating Amma's books, bhajans, and satsangs into French. In 2015, on Amma's instruction, she began touring Europe, offering pujas, satsangs, singing bhajans and teaching Amrita Yoga. Due to the pandemic, Amma has kept her in Amritapuri where she continues to serve.
