  • What is a gift certificate?

    Our electronic gift certificates are unique coupon codes that can be applied to purchase any of our online offerings. Please note that it is an electronic gift certificate and not a physical paper gift certificate or card.

    Gift certificates are in USD and have 0 processing fees.

  • How does it work?

    Choose your gift certificate with the $ value you would like to gift and purchase it. You will be prompted to create an account if you don't have one yet. You will be notified via email (from [email protected]) that your purchase was successful.

    Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from us with the electronic gift certificate attached. This certificate will have a unique coupon code and will be valid for one year. We will also include instructions on how to use the coupon on the AVA platform.

    Simply forward the electronic gift certificate with its unique coupon code to the recipient of your choice.

  • How long is it valid?

    The gift certificates may be applied towards any AVA offering and must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.

  • How do I get a gift certificate with a custom $ value?

    If you would like to get a custom gift certificate with a $ value other than $108, $54 or $25, please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject line 'Custom Gift Certificate' and state the $ value you would like the custom gift certificate to have.

    Next, we will send you a link to a custom checkout page, where you can pay for the $ value you have specified.

    Within 48 hours, your will receive an email from us with the electronic custom gift certificate attached.

  • Can I get multiple gift certificates of the same value?

    Yes! Simply e-mail us the quantity of the value(s) you want with the subject line 'Multiple Gift Certificates' and we will issue you a custom payment link. Upon payment you will be issued your multiple gift certificates.

  • What if the gift certificate gets used and there is still a remaining balance?

    In the event the gift certificate gets used and there is still a remaining balance, you may use it towards the purchase of another retreat, course or workshop available on Amrita Virtual Academy. Please e-mail us and we will happily issue you a new gift certificate code with the remaining balance.
